At 3 am on Thursday May 21st Ysmael Garcia Jr. (24) was shot and killed in his car in front of his mother’s house. Ysmael was a loving single father to a little boy. He was a loving son, brother, uncle, and friend. His mother is a bus driver for IPS and is currently out of work due to the coronavirus. Anything helps and is appreciated. God bless
