Mental health is such an important issue that I feel very strongly about and is close to home, as with so many other families.

Ireland has the 4th highest rate of suicide among teenagers. This is a tragedy.

I am going to do this very tough challenge first of all for all of my family who have ever struggled, for all of my extended family, all of my friends, and everyone else in my county and country.

I will be documenting my journey every step of the way. 

All funds will go to Youth Suicide Prevention Ireland.
