YURT SCHOOL OUTSIDE CLASSROOM

Hi we’re Hobkin Ground! A lal’ space on the crust of the Lake District.

We welcome families each week to study together communally as apart of nature: learning academics to herbalism, from our Yurt and woodland, as well as hosting family seasonal events following the Celtic calendar.

We are hoping to raise, with the help of our families, £1000 for a permanent, level outdoor “class” room space, to help support our current families and to allow access for more families to join us (under shelter!) this coming autumn.

The money raised will help towards purchasing materials for levelling the ground and drainage, a safe pathway, structural materials and new fire pit. We hope to start the work this June 2024.
