Yusra’s Qur’an campaign

Details of the campaign:

This is by allowing His servants to memorise the Noble Qur’an. Previous nations were unable to memorise their scriptures, yet millions of Muslims, young and old, have memorised the Qur’an – and will continue to do so until the Last Day, inshaaAllah.

We know that the Qur'an is preserved by Allah. The month of the Qur'an is honoured. The night the Qur'an had been revealed is honoured. The memoriser of the Qur'an is honoured.

”The best of you are those who learn the Qur’an and teach it” - Prophet Muhammad (s.a.w) - Bukhari.

I had a desire to open a hifdh school to facilitate knowledge of the Deen to pupils who cannot afford school. With the help of Allah firstly, and then two sisters in the Gambia who helped make this possible, a brand new project launched on the 1st of August 2023, the Ahlul Qur'an Memorization Center, helping children learn the Qur'an.

We hope that this could be a long term project, making a big impact towards their lives, their future generations and the community in which they live, so I ask you to also donate. If you were thinking of gifting Yusra something, how about a charitable donation towards her aakhirah instead, a place where the name of Allah is mentioned and magnified and those voices who are reciting the words of Allah are heard?

This project is not only sponsoring pupils, but also sponsoring the teacher too. It is one of the best forms of Sadaqah Jariyah, of beneficial knowledge inshaa Allah. With your help and by Allah's will, a donor can expect to receive Allah’s blessings so long as the learning and teaching remains alive. Additionally, if the recipient passes on his/her learning before their death, then the rewards continue through the vehicle of their students.

The Hifdh sponsorship programme will (inshaa' Allah) yield long-term fruits for the Ummah, preserving knowledge in this community in the Gambia. The project hopes that young students who cannot afford school, supported by you, can become future teachers of Islam and carriers of the truth.
