Yutree Family fundraising for Ukraine

We are a team of 20 people all working at Yutree Insurance. We have all watched with horror at the unfolding events in the Ukraine and want to help by fundraising for the humanitarian emergency happening their and in the neighbouring countries.

 

Our challenge as a team is to virtually walk, run, swim, row, cycle, ride from our office in Newmarket to Kyiv city and back in April which is 2820 miles.

 

All of the money raised will go to the Disasters Emergency Committee. The DEC charities and their local partners are in Ukraine and in neighbouring countries providing food, water, shelter and medical assistance.

 

Yutree will match our fundraising, and Aviva Insurance are also match donations by adding £1 for every £1 donated up to the value of a further £500,000.

So this means for each £1 we raise the matched funding could mean each of those £1 becomes £4 to DEC.
