UPDATE

Due to the severity of the spinal cord damage unfortunately Troy will be paralyzed from the waist down. He may gain some sensation back over time but will not be able to walk. They are seeing if they will have to do surgery on his broken scapula, and collarbone. Because he will be in the hospital for several weeks they may just leave it heal on its own. There will be some huge changes in our lives. Troy is a very strong person we know if anyone can master this it’s him. Thank you to everyone for your kind words it means the world to all of us.

On Tuesday January 14th life changed for the Gabrielle family when Troy took a terrible fall at work. Upon arriving at the hospital here in Brandon it was determined that he would need to be airlifted to HSC and undergo spinal surgery.

As many of you know Troy from the gym and owning Fitness Fanatics with his wife Erin they are parents to six amazing children.

With the uncertainty of what the future looks like we are asking for donations to help keep financials burdens at bay during Troy’s time of healing. He will be in Winnipeg for an undetermined amount of time and Erin will need to be by his side.
