I need your help Hi, my name is Emma Hamilton and in May this year my world fell apart when I was diagnosed with an Aggressive form of Brain Cancer, Stage 4 Glioblastoma tumour and told it was terminal with prognosis of 12-18 months. A few weeks after surgery to remove most of tumour I was told my cancer was resistant to chemotherapy and I could only have the 6 weeks of Radiotherapy to try and give me as much time as possible. As I had just given birth to my third child 6 weeks previously, a beautiful baby daughter there was no indication whatsoever that I was ill or that the futures of my other two children aged 11 and 5 years and new baby was in jeopardy. I might add that sadly prior to the birth of my baby girl, my partner decided he didn’t want another child and had left us. To top

it all I could no longer get a mortgage and could no longer afford our home. Oh people are judgemental and nasty but I am a Christian and have faith that God will show me a path though this turmoil. I want to beat this cancer and need to explore every possible avenue not only for me but for my three young children who need me. There are various medical trials which I have applied for including Immunotherapy but these treatments are spread across England Europe and beyond. I have provided my recent blood results, pathology reports to another world renowned Oncologist called Dr Jawues Grill who is willing to try and find something for me to participate in somewhere in Europe. I’ll go anywhere if it means I have a chance at saving my life. I will most likely never work again and desperately need your help. I can’t see how I can manage or afford travel and accommodation on my own I would need a companion to escort me, I can’t drive. I’m devastated at the idea of leaving them with no mother and also leaving my family with no daughter, sister, auntie and cousin. I love life and I don’t want to go yet. I’m forty one years old. I don’t want to die yet. I need all the help I can get. Too many people are a death statistic and I don’t want to be one of them anytime soon. If you can help me so that my young children dont lose their mother so young it would be the most amazing gift. If by taking part in medical trials and immunotherapy it could help doctors find a cure for this death sentence that so many people are being handed daily. It could save so many from this misery. At least if I try then nothing I have endured will have been in vain.

Like most of us I thought I had all the time in the world to work and save to get a nice home together ( not lose it) My young children don’t know the battle I am facing. They don’t know the short time I may have been given with them, if it is only that, my one wish is to make memories that my babies can treasure forever. What most don’t realise is that for people like me now holidays with family is almost impossible as travel insurance for even a week in the sun is anything from £1500 to £3500 upwards which I have been quoted.
