Need help after emergency surgery.

Hi, my name is Doug and I am fundraising for my wife and I. This past Friday night she had to rush me to the hospital with a serious medical issue that required emergency surgery. As a result, I will be not able to do my work for 4 to 6 weeks. As a small business owner and a one man show, this translates to thousands of dollars of lost income over the next few weeks. We just moved into a new house and and have a large house payment to make as well.
