Help Yvonne & Bill rebuild after devastating fire

Update: Thank you so much for all the support! We raised a good amount of money which Yvonne is going to use to purchase medical supplies for Bill. Luckily, she was able to work out some funding from the insurance company and other resources after the fire. So we are no longer accepting donations as she feels she is going to be okay and many people need assistance. We would like to thank everyone from the bottom of our hearts for all of the support, monetary and otherwise. Hello friends, family, and strangers. My name is Lisa McArthur based in Spokane, WA. I am the granddaughter of Yvonne. Yvonne and her husband Bill lost their home in the Medical Lake fire in eastern Washington on August 19th. The fire was so sudden and spread so rapidly that they only were able to escape with the clothes on their backs and their loyal dog, Zeke. Yvonne risked her safety to go back into the home and grab some of her husband's medications, as he has multiple health problems and is mostly bedridden and housebound. This makes the situation so much worse as he no longer has a stable home to receive care. Among the losses were a lifetime of acquired treasures and sentimental items, a beautiful garden and home, as well as very expensive medical equipment for Bill. They have nothing left. Even her "fireproof" safe didn't survive the fire. Yvonne is a selfless soul and very active in her community and church, as well as being the matriarch of the family. As a doting wife, mother, grandmother and friend, she's always been the one that's there for everyone, and now I am praying and calling for the community to be there for her during these extremely trying and uncertain times. I am asking for money to help replace essential items, medical equipment, and fund a temporary place to stay until stable ground can be found again. Yvonne has exhibited so much strength and grace even in such a terrible loss. I'm asking for your help to take off whatever stress we can so she may begin to rebuild her family's life and home.
