URGENT!Help Black Trans Girl Afford Medical Bills

Hi! My name is Nikki. I'm an 18 year old, Black Trans women. This fund was orginally made for me to be able to move out of my toxic household, but now its changed to assisting me with my medical bills.
In February, I had gotten a tooth infection without even knowing it. My mouth and lymph nodes had become swollen and swallowing was
painful. I was barely eating and I was taking ibuprofen left and right. After about a week, it went away and I thought nothing  of it. 

Fast Forward to June, I started feeling slight chest discomfort. I was slightly scared, but thought nothing really of it. The pain continued,
and eventually, I went to the Emergency room to get it checked out. They ruled it to be stress induced pain, but I didn't believe that.
The pain would continue to come, and I started realizing that I most likely had a tooth infection that is spreading.
 Now, it's to the point where I find myself winded by simple tasks like standing for long periods of time, walking, brushing my teeth, washing my face, showering, etc. I also live in fear everyday, and that has taken a toll on my already tanking mental health.

The emergency room near me doesn't have an emergency dentist, and so wherever I go, I would have to pay out of pocket before I can be 
treated. This is where I turn to you. Im currently trying to raise $2500 to cover the cost of my Dental and Medical bills that would come. 
The money would specifically cover the cost of The mandatory X-rays, extraction process, potential visits to a cardiologist, antibiotics, etc.
