Charlie's TPLO Surgery

As you may or may not know, my 4 year old pup Charlie has torn his ACL and needs a very costly surgery.
Charlie has been limping for the past few months now and can barely put weight on the leg that is effected. This has caused arthritis in his joints leading to substantial pain.
Charlie is still a very young and active lad, he will not be able to run nor swim any longer without this surgery.
Charlie is my best friend and soul mate, he has been part of my life for the past 3 and a half years and I really cannot imagine life without him and the positive energy he gives to me.
The Surgeon gave me an estimated $4,100 cost for the procedure.
