Help Ryan Get Top Surgery

Hello! My name's Ryan and I'm a trans man from the Southern US who wants to get top surgery. I've been on T since 2017, have been out for much longer, and top surgery is naturally the next step in bettering my life. Really, after top surgery I would consider myself done with my transition.
I'm a healthcare worker where I have to wear my binder at all times, causing discomfort and pain when worn for the sometimes 12-hour shifts I have to work, and layering up to hide my chest without binding isn't an option with scrubs. Financial support from my family is out of the question, and making what I do, I likely wouldn't be able to get top surgery *anytime* soon, leaving me with permanent damage from binding for upwards of 8 hours a day.
Insurance will not cover all of the expenses, and I'll need to pay for hospital fees and consultation fees and the like. Any funds will be going to the surgery, the consultation fee, hospital fees, and all the other things required.
