Queridos amigos, familiares y comunidad.

Con profunda tristeza anunciamos el fallecimiento de Jose Bladimir Mejia Rodriguez.

Un joven cuya luz brillaba intensamente en nuestras vidas.

Su amabilidad, risa y espíritu aventurero dejaron una marca inolvidable en todos los que lo

conocieron. Jose Vladimir llego desde El Salvador a Nantucket cuando era un niño y curso sus estudios en las escuelas publicas de esta hermosa Isla.Tenia muchas aspiraciones y metas que cumplir, pero lamentablemente eso ha quedado pausado por la inesperada partida de este mundo. En este difícil momento la familia ha considerado abrir este espacio de solidaridad para que quienes así lo decidan puedan apoyar con su colaboración económica y así poder cubrir gastos del funeral y el envió del cuerpo a El Salvador, su país natal Jose Vladimir Mejia Rodriguez.

Cualquier contribución, por pequeña que sea, nos ayudará a darle el adiós que merece.

Dear friends, family and community.

It is with deep sadness that we announce the death of Jose Vladimir Mejia Rodriguez.

A young man whose light shone brightly in our lives.

His kindness, laughter and adventurous spirit left an unforgettable mark on everyone who met him. Jose Vladimir arrived from El Salvador to Nantucket when he was a child and attended the public schools of this beautiful island. He had many aspirations and goals to fulfill, but unfortunately that has been put on hold due to his unexpected departure from this world. In this difficult time, the family has considered opening this space of solidarity so that those who decide to do so can support with their financial collaboration and thus be able to cover the expenses of the funeral and sending the body to El Salvador, his native country.

Any contribution, no matter how small, will help us give him the goodbye he deserves.
