Tom Mohr

On Nov 4 2021, we unexpectedly lost a great friend, brother and human. Thomas Mohr was a lot of things, humble, honest, loyal, unfiltered, charming, full of grit and love. He has left a hole in our lives and the tragedy of his death has left us shaken.

Tom was the kind of guy who would give you the shirt off his back. He was not only kind but also conscious of preserving people’s dignity by not bragging about his generosity. He would do anything for the ones he loved. He had friends far and wide from North Fond du Lac WI to Clinton CT and beyond. Each and everyone of us have a great Tom Mohr experience or know someone who has. And although he lived his final days in CT he always spoke fondly of his time in WI.

Unfortunately, end of life arrangements are not without costs and we find ourselves here, on Go Fund Me asking humbly for anyone who loved Tom to donate to this fund. The money will go to: First Congregational Church Soup Kitchen where Tom donated his time and money to feed his community, his beloved dog Reggie surgery, and final expenses.

Tom will always be with us whenever the Packers win, or we are listening to good music, enjoying good spirits & food, hanging around a fire, helping our fellow human or when we see a blue bird. Shine on you crazy diamond.

Celebration of Life is planned for November 20th at the Highliner in Westbrook CT 11 am - 4 pm. Memorial video will be posted for friends and family (WI) not able to attend.
