Help prevent Mom and Pops basement collapse

 ✨️PLEASE READ. NEED HELP✨️

According to the people who looked at my parents basement, it's going to cost 8k to prevent their basement wall from (VERY SOON) caving in. 40k to fix it if it does. This is all because of the neighbors pumping raw sewage into their yard, it's eating at the foundation and FAST. You guys know my parents are some of the best people to ever exist. So now this has become an emergency. The city has not helped. Lawsuits would take months or years. At this point I just want to help them to not have their house condemned they've lived in for 30+ years. 

Mom (Pam Brown) and Pop (Ted Brown) have fed, clothed and lifted up others for more than half their lives.
