Supporting Breast Cancer Awareness Through Lacrosse

October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and as a program, we felt it was important to step up and make a difference. Breast cancer affects so many lives, whether it's family, friends, or members of our community, and we wanted to show our support both on and off the field.

That’s why we’ve launched an initiative to raise awareness and funds throughout the month of October. All of our players will be wearing pink socks during our games to show solidarity with those affected by breast cancer. Beyond that, from October 7th through October 21st, for every goal our teams score in our box league games, we will be donating $5 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

But we want to go even further, and that’s where you come in. We’ve set up this GoFundMe to allow our families, friends, and supporters to join us in this cause. Every donation, no matter how small, helps us make an impact. Together, we can contribute to vital research, support services, and care for those battling breast cancer.
