Support Gashaw's children

Dear friends,

I am deeply sorry to inform you that Dr. Gashaw Takele left us yesterday February 20, 2023. Dr. Gashaw was among the second batch of graduates of the Debrezeit Faculty of Veterinary Medicine in Ethiopia. Gashaw also obtained degrees in information technology (BA) and pharmacy (PharmD) in the USA. As all of you can attest, Dr. Gashaw was the humblest and kindest person I have ever known. However, Dr. Gashaw has gone through so many life challenges, the toughest one of which was the unexpected and untimely death of his wife, a decade ago, leaving behind a six-month-old infant and two small children. Now, his children have grown-the youngest one is an eighth-grade student and the older ones are in college but still unable to support themselves. Therefore, the purpose of this fundraiser, however small, is to demonstrate to Gashaw`s kids that their dad has friends who can be there and meet their immediate financial needs.

May the Almighty God rest Gashaw`s soul in peace.
