Tim’s Road to Recovery

As some of you already know. My father was admitted into the hospital last Monday. He under went an unexpected amputation below the knee of his right leg to save his life. He spent a couple of days in ICU with an unknowing outcome. He pulled through as the fighter he is. His vitals have been stable enough to undergo two more surgeries as well as being moved out of the ICU.  He still has to spend a good amount of time in the hospital then Rehabilitation in the future. My siblings and I have been taking care of their home front and preparing for his recovery home. Our mother hasn't left his side, she's been keeping him in good spirits and making sure he's getting the proper medical care. They are truly inseparable.

My father, is one of the most kind, loving, fun, biggest kid, hard working, human on this plant. He’s our hero and biggest supporter without him we wouldn’t be who we are today.

This has been very emotional and extremely expensive for the two retirees to handle. Due to the hardships of last year (losing our jobs or unable to work) we are unable to financially help them any longer. We are a really private family when it comes to these things but not sure what else to do to help them. We have talked about it and a good friend recommended us to start this fund to help with medical expenses and changes that have to be made for his mobility. We know things are tough for everyone but at this point anything will help my parents. From the bottom of our hearts we thank you for the love and support.
