Natalie needs our help

The fundraiser is now closed. Thank you so much for your donations! We exceeded our goal!
My name is Cameron Cain Baarbé and my family has been friends with the Rimmers since we lived in Denmark almost 20 years ago. As you may know, Natalie is battling cancer, and things have taken a turn for the worse. We want to help the Rimmers book flights for Natalie and Paul Michael to fly back to North Carolina from their current home in Geneva so that she can seek medical care at Duke Hospital, and be with her extended family, and help them with other expenses. In lieu of a monetary donation, donating United Airlines miles would also be appreciated. If you have miles to donate, please contact Chad or Allison. The below message from Allison provides more context to the urgent situation:
"Our mutual friend Natalie Rimmer has gotten life changing news in the past few days with her Ewing Sarcoma diagnosis. After years of successful treatments, the latest scans show that not only is treatment no longer working, but the cancer is aggressively spreading.
Natalie and Chad having been living in Geneva, along with their boys, for the past several years where Chad has worked with the Lutheran church. Chad had recently accepted a transfer position with the church to Columbia, SC. The plan was for him to move now, and Natalie would eventually come once their youngest finished high school in 2024. With the scan results from last week everything has been put into fast forward.
Natalie’s cancer has spread so much that she is now on regular morphine doses and has a limited time to be able to travel back to the States before she can no longer travel at all (meaning sometime in the next week). Her body is already in a lot of pain and getting her home will not be easy. Chad is working to get insurance and immigration straight, so that he can book a ticket for Natalie and Paul Michael to fly into Raleigh late Tuesday or sometime Wednesday. I have looked into several airlines and United just seems to make the most sense because it is the most direct with only one layover. Currently, there are several flight options on United between Tuesday night and Wednesday. I am hoping we can get Natalie and Paul Michael on one of them. We are praying for a miracle.
