Haley - needs surgery

Haley is a really sweet 5 year old spayed miniature pinscher who has a medical issue that causes her to leak urine.  We have her on Phenylpropanolamine and that helps but it has not stopped the leakage.  She needs an IVP test that would show if the ureter is miss positioned and why/where the urine is leaking from.  Once that test ($200-$300) is complete they can preform surgery ($750-$1,500) to realign or re-attach the ureter so that she would no longer have the leaking problem.  Due to this problem she has not had any prospective homes interested in her and she is a really sweet girl who deserves her own home.  We currently do not have the funds to perform this test or surgery.  Any amount that you give is a gift to help this little girl be whole again and have a better chance at a home of her own.  Haley is currently being fostered in Wayne, NJ
