Fund Citizen Scientists

Our world-class lakes are used by world-class athletes like CrossFit Games and IronMan competitors, as well as community members, visitors, and guests. In order to keep everyone informed on water temperature and clarity, Clean Lakes Alliance runs LakeForecast – a network of more than 80 volunteers who upload data around all five lakes to the free website and app. We know how important this information is to all lake users, which is why we are hoping to expand this program to cover more spots and at a greater frequency. Our $10,000 goal will help buy equipment, train monitors, and improve LakeForecast.org, which is used throughout our community and beyond!
