PAY OFF THE CHURCH MORTGAGE

As of August 22, we will be down to $40,000. Please pray to see if God leads you to give $1,000. We are praying for 40 people to give $1,000 each to reach the goal of paying off the mortgage. Team up with family and friends to send in $1,000. You will find great joy in being a part of something special. I wish I could tell you that it’s easy to give but it’s not. It will be painful and sacrificial but truly rewarding. 

In 1974, Congregation of the Messiah was started by ten family members who committed to raising a church that would preach the Gospel and teach Biblical truths in the lower Westchester County community. After forty years, the church was able to purchase a church building. At the time, we took on $525,000 worth of mortgage debt. Today, with the generous donations of friends, we have been able to pay down this mortgage significantly. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has affected our ability to raise the remaining funds we owe Webster Bank. Therefore, I asked that you join me in making a difference in paying off the mortgage. The funds will benefit the Westchester Diocese of the Evangelical Apostolic Church of Na (Church Of North America), also known as Congregation of the Messiah and any donation will help make an impact.
