Help to cover vet bills & cremation

Hi my name is Kim, my mom’s best friend Jill was walking the two pups. My sister Lisa posted this on her Facebook page about the attack. I’m trying to raise money to help with vet bills for Nelsey Torres (the victim pups owner). Last night, one of the dogs (that reportedly lives in this vehicle with 3 other dogs and the owner) attacked these two small dogs that were being walked by my mom's friend. Linda the little chihuhua was killed and Sophie is critically wounded and my mom's friend has injuries as well. Police are looking for him. He lets the dogs off leash and police have been called on him before this incident which now resulted in this tragic event. I’m trying to help to hopefully ease some of the financial burden from this tragic Accident. She is on a fixed income.
