Attention dog lovers, Please help me help him..

Hi, I never thought I would come to go fund me for help but here I am. This poor dog was found emaciated and malnourished, he was in really bad shape, I’ve been nursing him back to health and he is starting to come around, but he needs so much more help. He is unaltered, he has something wrong with his eye, he has a growth on his tale, and his bones are protruding through his skin. I don’t even know if $3000 would cover everything that he needs, but im sure he’ll be off to a much better start with proper care. but i am a single mom of 3, and i financially cannot foot the bill. I took him to be scanned, he is not microchipped and no one has come looking for him. Im pleading for help for this poor pup, to all my dog moms and dog dads, Please help me reach as many people as possible, please share this post, every dollars raised will help. Please let’s try to get this guy back to health.
