Fundraising for Sands

My name is Natalie Davies and I'm raising money for Sands. My sister and my brother in law lost a baby in 2022 and had a lot of help and support from Sands.
I have guaranteed a place in the silverstone half marathon which I will be running on the 24th November 2024. I started running in February this year and I want to challenge myself in completing a half marathon for this amazing charity.

Sands provide a lot of help and support for a lot of parents who have lost a baby. They provide memory boxes which provide opportunities for parents to make precious memories of their baby after birth and before saying goodbye. Memory-making materials include a hand and footprint kit, a hand-knitted blanket to wrap babies in and matching gifts for parents to leave with babies when saying goodbye which are all free. They also offer a free helpline for parents and a support chat.

Sands have created memorial gardens around the country for anyone who has been affected by the loss of a baby to visit in peace. Parents can place a plaque or a pebble in the gardens to remember there baby.

If you can, please donate to this amazing charity that offers so much support to parents. Thank you in advance for your contribution and every donation will help!
