My Medical Expenses

It's been a really tough year and hate to ask but I am in need of help.  About 4 months ago I ended up in the hospital for a week recovering from a heart attack and other health concerns.  I have since been in and out of doctors appointments and hospitals.  They have put a heart monitoring device inside me to monitor my heart.  I am also in need of surgery which I just can't afford.  With no medical coverage I am drowning and at risk of loosing everything.  I am so greatful for all your kind words and prayers.  Any help would be greatly appreciated helping me have surgery and get back on my feet.
