NURSE VOLUNTEERING IN UKRAINE

Dear friends,

My name is Anastasiya Alekseyeva, and I am a registered nurse from Boston, MA.

I am going to travel to Ukraine on 08/15/2022 - 09/09/2022 to join a team of volunteers working on the ground there to provide medical transportation to chronically and subacutely ill patients whose illness and disability prevent them from getting the care they need at their current location.

Aside from providing direct nursing care to my crew, patients, and families on their journey to safety, my duties will include communication, networking, collaboration, research, sorting and delivering medications and essential supplies to where they need to go.

Whether to go was never the question. The question was when and how.

So, the time is now, and I need your help!

I am starting this GoFundMe page to help with the expenses related to making this trip.

My starting goal is $3000. Everything above that amount will go directly to the organization. No donation is too small - your money can buy us a tank of gas, a meal, needed gear, medical supplies, or a piece of essential medical equipment.

I thank the GDRT and Project Monkey Jump for this opportunity. They are a non-for-profit volunteer organization that does great things in regions of this earth where aid is needed most.

Ukraine absolutely cannot be allowed to lose this war! Kremlin cannot be allowed to win! Stand with Ukraine!
