Someone Burned My Car Down

When I was out of town on the 4th of July someone set a homeless man's posessions on fire.  It was my bad luck that I had been parked next to the man's things. My car caught fire and was destroyed.  

The fire investigator has not found any evidence pointing the finger at the purpetrator. Punky Brewster (the name of my navy blue '94 Volvo 850 turbo station wagon) only had liability insurance which does not cover a cent of the damage.  My car is now junk and I have a weakened ability to get to my multiple part time jobs and to my art studio and to transport sculptures and materials.  Please help me raise money to buy a new car, preferably like my old one, because I liked that one. My income just barely keeps me fed and my rent paid, please help me to get my art going again and my  life back.
