Need help

Hi my name is Laura Faith I had to have a complete hysterectomy and have been off work since September 1 can't go back to work until November 16 have to make 2 car payments so they don't repossess my car need for doctor visits for me and my 88 year old mom and for me when I do go back to work tried for unemployment but no help so far. So if you can help it is greatly appreciated
