Breathing New Life

My husband and I are in the process of pastoring and reviving a church. It is called The Carpenter's House in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The building has not been in use for a while and has been neglected for a number of years. It is in need of a lot of updating and repairs. We have started this church from ground zero...meaning no congregation, no money, no nothing. God has blessed us with people who have volunteered their time to come and be that blessing but there is so much to do that it is overwhelming. And it does take money to do these things. We are literally unburying this House of God from the inside to the outside. Trees and brush had overgrown so much you couldn't see the church and the inside, well, the word disaster fits best. Many may wonder why we are willing to work so hard to do this. Our answer to this is it is God's plan not ours. He gave us a vision and an assignment and we will do whatever it takes to see it through. If you are able to donate, we will appreciate it more than you know.
