Mike's Medical Fund

Michael (Mike) is a loving, devoted husband to Diana, caring father to Christa, Matt and Mark, and a grandpa to 5 rambunctious and adorable grandkids! He is a passionate leader at his local church as well as a hard-working employee. Everyone loves his quick wit and tendencies toward nerdiness.


On Tuesday, September 22nd, Mike went into the hospital with severe back pain. During that hospital stay he was diagnosed with aggressive kidney cancer, that at the point of diagnosis (and first ever detection), had already metastasized to his liver and spine. It was news that changed his life, all our lives.

Now, a month later, and another hospital stay later, Mike is bedridden and spending his remaining time (only God knows how long) with his family at home. Cancer hit hard and fast...the entire family, and his circle of friends, are reeling from the diagnosis and prognosis.

With Mike being at home and bedridden, there are needs. The costs associated with the care Mike requires now and as the cancer progresses will be monumental. If you feel you can help Mike's family out (even small donations can help in a big way), we would be unspeakably grateful.
