Compassionate Assistance for a Grieving Family

My name is Ann Smith. The love of my life for the last 33 years, Jesse Newlon, Jr., passed away Saturday, September 28th. He was always a fighter. He was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1993 and diabetes after that. Although he had been sick for a long time, his death was shocking for us all. We have 2 children together who he adored and was so proud of. Jesse III who is 21 and Charlie who just turned 16. It's been tough on all of us. Charlie told me he had $100 put away but i could have it. That absolutely broke my heart. He shouldn't have to worry about stuff like this. Charlie was diagnosed with autism when he was 5 and Jesse was always so patient with him and loved us all. We are getting him cremated, but that is still going to cost us $3000. Everything I make goes towards keeping a roof over our heads. There will be no service or obituary (except for funeral home site) in order to save money.
