Stop child and adolescent abuse and rape

Hi guys it's time to share my story and raise awareness.

My names Lisa I'm 28 years old and from as younge as 5 years old I can remember being sexually abused which later in life turned into rape. This wasn't just once this was a constant through my childhood. I blamed myself for years i felt guilt i lost friendships I abused drugs and alcohol and it turned me toxic inside my own head I could never understand why I wasnt loved normally by my dad and I always craved the love even through the abuse I still wanted that "father figure" but now at the age of 28 enuff is enuff! I want to help all those kids teens and adults that are either going through it now or are still going through the trauma in there adult years. My inbox is open to anyone that wants to be listened to or share there stories and how they got through it. Let's be a voice now and help people get through this and help prevent it! Ure body is yours, no one else's!!! I want to raise money for this charity because they provide support for children as young as 3. I will be doing 3 peaks next year to raise money.

Our services include helplines, specialist counselling (face-to-face, online and by telephone), creative therapies (such as art therapy), support with reporting the abuse or rape to the police, and projects for young people who have been abused or are at risk.
