Let's help provide comfort and peace of mind to Toni Hofstad and her family during these overwhelming months following a cancer diagnosis.

Financial donations will help Toni with medical expenses, alternative therapies, and managing pre-existing medical conditions while she recovers from a double mastectomy, endures chemotherapy, and future surgeries and treatments.

TONI’S DIAGNOSIS

It is commonly known, breast cancer is one of the most researched of all the cancers that leads to remission. Toni’s treatment plan is in place, however Toni’s cancer is more complicated. The cancer detected in Toni’s breast is the most aggressive type - Triple Negative. We survivors know this particular breast cancer to be the ninja of all the different diagnoses as these cells are very tough to track down and kill. In addition, there are more factors to navigate - from her family history to pre-existing medical issues - Toni has a long and winding road ahead of her.

Cancer is not new to Toni; her brother recently lost his battle with the awful disease, and her sister is currently in her own battle with the identical type of breast cancer Toni has been diagnosed with, yet her sister’s has now metastasized beyond her breast tissue. Needless to say, Toni and her family are faced with a very scary future full of unknowns.

In addition to being a dedicated single mom, she is consistently pitching in to help many people in our community, including being a faithful volunteer for the school district, athletic organizations, and her church.
