As most of you know, Karen has been diagnosed with cancer with a very poor prognosis. She will be having her single  treatment procedure later this month . Karen has also begun driving for Lyft to supplement her fixed retirement income . She would like to remain in her condo as long as possible and will have additional medical expenses in the months to come .
