Zach Little Memorial Fund

My name is Alan Clements, and I have set up this GoFundMe to help support the wonderful and courageous family - The Littles. We have been great friends with Dale, Nadine and their family for over 23 years after coincidently watching a Fulham game in a bar on holiday and have sat together in the Johnny Haynes stand at Craven Cottage as season tickets holders for many years - with their sons Archie and Zach attending too.

Zach Little was diagnosed with leukaemia in February 2022 and received his first donor cord transplant at Bristol Children’s hospital in the June and rang the bell cancer free on 1st September 2022. In June 2023 the cancer had returned and he received his second donor cord transplant in Manchester Children’s hospital in the September where he remained until early 2024 as he had been diagnosed with donor cord colitis. This meant he was unable to eat normally and was fed intravenously. Sadly in October 2024 the cancer had returned and unfortunately there was nothing further that could be done. Zach passed away on 27th December in Helen House Hospice in Oxford with his family beside him aged 13. Throughout all this Zach remained positive and did his best to fight against the cancer and the pain caused by the colitis - he was such a brave young man whose spirit will live on in those whose lives he blessed.

For the duration of Zach’s illness, the lives of Dale, Nadine and Archie were completely changed from relocating to Manchester nearer the Children’s Hospital- being apart so Zach could receive the best care, and also packing up work to devote as much care and attention to Zach and also Archie.

All donations will go directly to Dale and Nadine Little to help support their family at this extremely difficult time.
