Backstory
To know Zach is to know laughter, a steady hand, and the love that he has for his three beautiful children and family. He has brought light and love to the lives of many and it is time that we return the same to Zach.
At the age of 29, he had an unforeseen seizure at work, which led to many tests and scans to discover a root cause. What was found was a large mass in his brain that was quickly scheduled for surgery to remove a large percentage of the tumor.
A few days later, Zach was told he has a Stage 4 Glioblastoma (GBM), a rare and aggressive brain cancer, an especially shocking diagnosis for someone Zach’s age.
The Costs
Zach has a long road ahead of treatment that will require chemo, radiation, clinical trials, and professional expertise to slow the progression of this devastating prognosis.
At the time the brain tumor was discovered, Zach was employed by Clemco Industries Corp and he is no longer able to work. He and his family are now reliant on all available aid to face both cancer and the many hospital bills that accompany it.
