Update: Thank you to everyone who has taken the time and resources to donate to Zach's fund. No one is ever prepared financially for such a horrific time but certainly not at this age. Unfortunately Zach didn't have life insurance at the time of the accident so this has been a lot for the family to handle on top of dealing with the emotional pain of losing such an amazing human. We've had a few reach out and ask about other ways to donate that don't take the fees out or ways to donate directly to the family for other things such as meals, bills during time off etc, if that is what you prefer to do, the family does have pay apps available if you'd prefer or we'd be happy to get you directly in contact with whichever family member you'd like to help.

This account has been started to help raise funds for the funeral and expenses for Zach and his family during this horrible time.

On August 5, 2023 we lost Zach in an auto accident as he was in his way home to his family. He leaves an immeasurable impact on this world in so many way but most importantly he leaves behind a beautiful fiancé, a son, a daughter, 2 (soon to be) step daughters and a loving family of parents, brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.

Obviously with their family being so young, they were not prepared for an event like this. Many have reached out asking for ways to help or how to donate so this seems to be the easiest for now.

All money raised will go directly towards giving him the memorial he deserves and the extra will directly to an account for the kids and their future expenses.

Thank you all again for the love and support that has been show for Zach and to the family.

Zach's Life Celebration Visitation will be Wednesday, August 9, 2023 5-8pm at the Carlisle - Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, 39 E. High Street, Mooresville. The funeral service will begin at 10 a.m., Thursday, August 10, 2023, at the Barn at Milkhouse Lane, 11141 N. Rooker Road, Mooresville. Burial will be in the Heroes of Public Safety Section at Crown Hill Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to a fund to assist with Carter's future.
