ZACHARY COZZIE

How does someone even begin to write something of this magnitude? Please take a moment and pray for Zachary Cozzie and his family. Psalm 6:2 “Have mercy on me, Lord, for I am faint. Heal me, Lord, for my bones are in agony.”

On January 7, 2023, Zach was in an accident and is in the Burn Center at Swedish Medical in Englewood, CO. We do not have the details as to what happened as he was alone at the time of the accident. Until Zach is able to tell us, we have to live with the agony of "not knowing". We are praying for his survival and healing. He's been through many surgeries already and has many more to endure.

Anyone that knows Zach knows what a great father, son, friend, and human he is! He is a hard worker, kind, generous, and caring person. He has a beautiful daughter that has him wrapped around her finger! His life was working with his father and spending all his other time with his daughter!

Zach is the head of household of his little family and will no longer be able to work. His parents will have to leave their employment and travel often to tend to Zach and his affairs. He will remain in Englewood/Denver area for an unknown amount of time. It won't end when he's released from the hospital. There will be an astronomical amount of aftercare.

Many people have reached out asking for ways to help. At this time, there isn't much anyone can do, but pray. The work to be done is keeping Zach safe, mentally strong, and stress-free. Zach loves his daughter and family immensely. We can help Zach by helping keep his home that he worked so hard to acquire recently, providing comfort to his daughter and family, and praying for his recovery.

The Cozzie family cannot thank you enough for the prayers, calls, texts, guidance, and love that so many have given. Right now things are in God's hands. We will try to continue to keep everyone updated as much as possible.

All donations collected will go towards Zachary Cozzie expenses, medical bills, and medical necessities.
