Zachary Hall memorial services

Zachary was killed by the US Marshalls on Tuesday, October 8 2019. We believe his death could have been prevented and Investigations are currently under way. In the mean time our family would love to honor Zachary for all the good he did, and all the lives he touched during his short life. My parents and siblings nor I never expected or financially prepared for a tragedy like this. Even if you can help with 10$ of your hard earned money we would all be eternally grateful. He may have made bad choices, but his heart was pure and if you only knew how much joy he brought to this world you would understand.
