While walking to work on October 27, 2016 Zack Covington was struck by a vehicle on the corner of Angle Rd. and Southwestern Blvd. where he is employed at the Orchard Park Tim Hortons. Zack sustained severe injuries and was rushed to the hospital where he had emergency surgery. Zack is receiving care in the ICU at ECMC in Buffalo. Zack and his mother Malaina moved to West Seneca NY from Florida, where the rest of Zack's family resides. Malaina travels frequently for her job as a truck driver and will need to care for Zack when he comes home from the hospital. With it just being the two of them, Zack's friends and coworkers are asking for your help in supporting Zack on his long journey to recovery.
