Zack passed away suddenly from a heart attack on Monday, July 10th. He had no life insurance. Theresa, Amerie, Sandy, and Shauna are hoping to raise funds to help pay for a Celebration of Life in Oregon, funeral expenses, and a survivor fund for his daughter Amerie.
