De'Launa was a young Entrepreneur of Mobile, AL. Her vision of being the greatest Make Up Artist and her passion influenced the lives of every young lady she came in contact with. De'Launa was a mother, a Daughter, an artist, and most of all, a role model.
She was senselessly murdered. Gunned down at a stop sign, close to her home, at 4:30am on her way to work.
With her life flashing before her eyes, praying to God to spare her life for the sake of her 5 year old daughter at home in bed sleeping. De'Launa fearlessly fought for her life and attempted to drive away, pulling onto the interstate where she later wrecked her JEEP into a median.
Her daughter Zai'yah will forever wait for her mother to come home from work.
This money will be raised in De'Launa's Honor for her 5 year old daughter Zai'yah. For when she is ready, Zai'yah will see the importance of paving a road of success for your family with Entrepreneur Skills and Zai'yah will use this money for whatever business she wants to start- whenever she is ready.
