Zanzibar Nursing Mission 2018

I have finally achieved what seemed unachievable just a few years ago and have my nursing degree.  I'm leaving in early March on a medical mission with a group of nurses and nursing students from two local programs.  We will be arriving in Zanzibar, Tanzania, in early March and will spend two weeks providing care for members of that community.  I'm hoping to raise money to get me to Zanzibar and bring supplies to those in need.  Many of you know that my pursuit of my nursing degree has been a challenging process, but I have always focused on a desire to do worthwhile work.  I believe this trip will give me incredible insight into the worldwide need for healthcare and help shape my perspective as an educator moving forward.  Please offer your support if you can.
