Zatae Paulette Wilson

Hello. My name is Zalencia Joyner and I am the sister of Zatae P. Wilson. On September 4, 2023 at 10:30 pm, Zatae's life was tragically taken in a senseless act that has forever changed our family's lives BUT most importantly her children.

Zatae was a devoted and loving mother of 3 amazing children (ages 5, 10, and 21), the 2nd daughter of a retired U.S Marine, a sister to 2 siblings, an aunt to 3 nephews, a cousin and friend to many. She was a hardworking, caring, compassionate, strong-willed, independent, and an intelligent woman. She was a graduate from Horry-Georgetown Technical College in which she obtained an associate degree. Zatae enjoyed spending time with her family, traveling, reading, dancing, and laughing.

We are devastated beyond anyone’s comprehension at the tragic and senseless act that claimed the life of such a beautiful soul. We have vowed to remain relentless in our pursuit of justice. Zatae’s lasting impact on the world and those she loved will never be forgotten.

****Some organizations and friends have reached out inquiring about how to send love and donate to her children during this difficult time. As such, this Gofund Me has been created for ONLY that specific purpose. All proceeds received will be distributed to her children.****

On behalf of my entire family, we want to "Thank You" for your love, support, prayers, and generosity.
