Help Roxy get surgery

Roxy, a previous River Rouge shelter dog was discovered emaciated in a yard today. The shelter was notified and immediately got her to a vet where it was determined she had an intestinal blockage. She needs immediate surgery to survive and enable her to get back on the road to recovery.
