"Your Love & Light Shines through Me Even in Your Physical Absence". -- Ujjwal Arora
Friday evening April 29th 2022 our family and circle of friends lost our shining star Abria Dawn Potash. Abria had a severe stroke and heart attack October 2021 and suffered many physical set backs for the next six months. When she had her stroke she lived in Tucson Az. Several hospital stays and lonely months later she returned to her beloved state of Oregon. When we last talked and texted she was hopeful of recovery. On April 28th her doctor sent her to the emergency room in Medford. She told me she would probably be there a few days. I encouraged her on the afternoon of the 29th and she died a few hours later. We are devastated. Special thanks to Shayne Lopin & Andrew Harrison who stepped up without being asked to help her when she needed it the most. And grateful thanks to our other daughter Zara Potash who has taken on much of the task of organizing Abby's final journey home to Illinois. Parents should never have to bury their children. Love is the answer
