Cinelli Family

As you may or may not know, over the last couple weeks Jim Cinelli had been experiencing what was originally thought to be a flu-like illness, however the symptoms rapidly progressed that led Jim to the Emergency Room. With the family together over the Thanksgiving holiday, the unfortunate diagnosis came back with Stage II/III pancreatic cancer.

Jim will be receiving good care from the Froedert team, which is renowned for their specialization in pancreatic cancer. The team has outlined treatment that will have Jim undergoing intensive chemotherapy the next few months to minimize the risk of the cancer spreading, and then surgery to remove the pancreas and tumor.

Over this time, Jim and Lisa will both be required to take time away from work, in addition to absorbing additional unplanned expenses. We aim for this fundraiser to help alleviate some of the financial burden and allow them to focus on Jim’s health and the family.

The Cinelli family has been so instrumental in providing care and faith across all our families and broader community for many years, and we hope that we can help support them through these unfortunate times.
