Zeke , hunting guide dog was shot

Saturday December 3rd, Zeke was doing a Guided Pheasant Hunt, he found the birds, held his point, bird was flushed it flew towards Zeke, Young hunter got excited, took the shot ended up shooting Zeke.
Zeke went to the emergency vet in Seattle where they amputated his left hind leg Saturday night, he will have to have another operation to repair damage to his other hind leg
