Kidney Transplant for Ricky McGuire

Ricky McGuire is in need of a Kidney transplant. He has a blood disorder as well and is now on Dialysis three times a week. He is getting weaker by the minute and due to his condition cannot work with his major health problems, therefore finances are really tough on him. If y'all could help by donating or sending someone our way who wants to volunteer a Kidney would be very much appreciated. The sooner the better.
